PRICE, Illinois Licensed Professional Land Surveyor, Certificate No. 035-002337, residing at Decatur, Macon County, Illinois do hereby certify that at the request of BPW DEVELOPMENT, INC., an Illinois Corporation, the owner of the fotlowing described property: The South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Three (3) East of the 3`d P.M., EXCEPT the East 500 feet thereof, EXCEPT the West 143 feet thereof, and EXCEPT the West 45 feet of the South 100 feet of the remainder; situated in Macon County, Illinois and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Greenlake Forest Second Addition as per plat in Book 1832, Page 375 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence N. 89°-21'-36" E. a distance of 681.64 feet to a point, said point being the Southeast corner of Fitzgerald Heights Third Addition as per plat in Book 1575, Page 190 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence S. 00°-35'-49" E. a distance of 650.00 feet to a point, said point being the Northeast corner of J.R. Smith's First Addition as per plat in Book 300, Page 384 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence S. 89°- 58'-53" W. a distance of 635.33 feet to a point, thence N. 00°-43'-02" W. a distance of 100.00 feet; thence S. 89°-58'-53" W. a distance of 45.00 feet to a point, said point being on the East line of said Greenlake Forest Second Addition; thence N. 00°-43'-02" W. a distance of 542.62 feet to the Point of Beginning; situated in Macon County, Illinois; and containing 435,614.77 square feet (10.0003 acres more or less). That I have made a true and accurate survey and according to law I have subdivided the same into lots to be hereafter known and designated as "CLEARWATER SHORES" as shown on the attached plat made by me which plat particularly describes and sets forth the lots and gives the width of all streets, and I have planted iron pins five-eights (5/8) by thirty (30) inches at all corners as permanent monuments from which future surveys can be made.
