RESOLUTION NO. R2016-08 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GOOD ENERGY,L.P. <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL ENERGY CONSULTING SERVICES AND PROCUREMENT IN <br /> RELATION TO A PROGRAM FOR THE AGGREGATION OF RESIDENTIAL AND <br /> SMALL COMMERCIAL ELECTRIC ACCOUNTS ON AN OPT-OUT BASIS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Services Agreement between the City of Decatur and Good Energy, <br /> L.P made and entered into and effective on the 20`" day of August, 2012 to provide professional <br /> energy consulting services, and previously approved by Resolution R2012-156, be, and it is <br /> hereby, amended. <br /> Section 2.
