ADDITIONS AND <br /> CHAPTER 56 <br /> REFUSE REMOVAL <br /> (Effective January 1, 2003) <br /> 25. LICENSE FEE. All applications for licenses or renewals thereof <br /> shall be accompanied by an annual fee of �3&A9 T'hree Hundred Dollars <br /> 300.00 plus $�A:AA One Hundred Dollars ($100.002 for each vehicle to be <br /> operated during the license year, which license year shall commence January 1, <br /> and end the following December 31. <br /> � * * <br /> (Effective January 1, 2005) <br /> 25. LICENSE FEE. All applications for licenses or renewals thereof <br /> shall be accompanied by an annual fee of . Six <br /> Hundred Dollars ($600.00� plus . Two Hundred <br /> Dollars ($200.00� for each vehicle to be operated during the license year, which <br /> license year shall commence January 1, and end the following December 31. <br /> � * � <br /> 46. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation, upon conviction for <br /> violation of any of the provisions of Sections 4 through 7, inclusive, , <br /> 9 through 17, inclusive, 19 throu 23. inclusive, and 36 through 38, inclusive, <br /> sha11 be fined not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and <br /> each day of a continuing violation shall be deemed a separate offense. � <br /> person firm or corporation upon conviction for violation of the provisions of <br /> Section 18, shall be fined not less than Fiftv Dollars ($50.001 nor more than Five <br /> Hundred Dollars ($500.00� for each offense, and each dav of a continuing <br /> violation sha11 be deemed a separate offense.
