That conditional use permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned <br /> as follows: <br /> (a) That the storage area must be wholly enclosed by a site break fence of <br /> not less than eight(8) feet in height that is at least 85 percent opaque; <br /> (b) That all storage yards shall be paved with a minimum of two �2) <br /> inches of all-weather surface (such as white rock), or an equivalent surface <br /> approved by the Department of Engineering and Infrastructure. All driveways and <br /> aisleways used for traffic circulation shall be paved with a minimum of two (2) <br /> inches of Class I asphalt over a six(6)inch aggregate base; and, <br /> (c) That the storage area shall utilize a 24-hour access lock approved by <br /> the Decatur Fire Department. <br /> Section 4.
