Mr. John stated that he was supportive of the petition and noted that the Urban Corridor Plan was <br /> referenced. He asked if the Plan Commission would receive a copy of fl�e plan. Mr. Bragg <br /> stated that the plan will be submitted to the City Council on October 21, 2002. Once everything <br /> is finalized the plan will be distributed to the Plan Commission. <br /> Mr. Daniel Heckman,General Manager,was present and spoke for the petition stating that the <br /> proposal to build is being made so that the two present locations can be consolidated. He stated <br /> that the proximity to the hospital is good and improvements will be made which will be good for <br /> Main Street. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded(Peck/Smith)to forward Cal. No. 02-50 to City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
