. � ORDINANCE NO. 2002-94 ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - CORN BELT F.S., INC. - - 4200 BLOCK NORTH BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD - WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of October, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Corn Belt F.S., Inc. for a conditional use permit under the provisions of Section XVII B.5 of the Zoning Ordinance to construct, operate and maintain a lime sludge processing site, on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally described as follows: The South 660 feet of the East 660 feet of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty (30), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Three (3) East of the Third Principal Meridian except that part of said Half-Quarter Section lying north and west of the easterly right-of-way line of S. B. I. Route 48, as per plat recorded in book 646, Page 586 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, also except that part taken for highway purposes by Deed recorded in Book 1784, Page 140 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; also except that part thereof that is contained in the dedication of the right-of-way for public road purposes that is recorded as Document No. 141089 in Book 2594, Page 135 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Situated in Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such conditional use permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received,placed on file and granted.
