r <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2002-93 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 4200 BLOCK NORTH BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of October, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Corn Belt F.S., Inc. to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> The South 660 feet of the East 660 feet of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter <br /> of Section Thirty (30), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Three (3) East of <br /> the Third Principal Meridian except that part of said Half-Quarter Section lying <br /> north and west of the easterly right-of-way line of S. B. I. Route 48, as per plat <br /> recorded in book 646, Page 586 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, also except that part taken for highway purposes by Deed <br /> recorded in Book 1784, Page 140 of the records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois; also except that part thereof that is contained in the <br /> dedication of the right-of-way for public road purposes that is recorded as <br /> Document No. 141089 in Book 2594, Page 135 of the records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois. Situated in Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from M-1, Light Industrial District to M-2, Heavy Industrial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received, placed on file and approved. <br />
