� ' �,, � ♦ ORDINANCE NO. 2002-90 ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN -ROOSEVELT SCHOOL APARTMENTS - - 701 WEST GRAND AVENUE - WHEREAS, on 3rd day of October, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Finlay Properties to further modify and amend the R-6 Residence Development Plan previously approved by Ordinance No. 2001-12, as subsequently amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows : All of Lots One (1) through Fourteen (14), the South half of Lot Fifteen (15), the South 100 feet of Lot Seventeen (17), all of Lots Eighteen (18) through Thirth (30), and that portion of the vacated alley lying between Lots One (1) through Thirteen (13) and Eighteen (18) through Thirty(30) all being in Block One (1) of Frank P. Roach's Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 91 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, EXCEPT that part deeded to the City of Decatur for road purposes in Book 1623, Page 30 as Document No. 852825. Situated in Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the modification of said R-6 Residence Development Plan as requested be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby,received, placed on file and approved.
