ORDINANCE NO. 2002-82 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> - 623 WEST MAIN STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of September, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Deborah Warnick, for a conditional use <br /> permit under the provisions of Section XXII, C of the Zoning Ordinance to allow an office as a <br /> Historic Neighborhood Use on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lot Three (3) of Wikoffs Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book S Page 113 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such conditional use <br /> permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby, received,placed on file and granted. <br /> Section 2. That a conditional use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Deborah <br /> Warnick, and only to Deborah Warnick, to operate an office as a Historic Neighborhood Use <br /> upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat thereof hereto attached marked E�ibit A <br /> and hereby made a part hereof. <br />
