White, requesting that there be <br /> annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> The North 3.25 acres of the South 7.25 acres, except the North 104 feet of ' <br /> the West 250 feet of the West Half of the Northeast 1/4, Southeast 1/4, <br /> Section 29-16-2. (Commonly known as 2610 Forest Crest Road, Decatur, ' <br /> IL); and, I <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within il <br /> such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated <br /> town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY � <br /> OF DECATiJR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br />
