PERMITTED USES <br /> A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes: <br /> 1. Accessory buildings, structures and uses. <br /> 2. Automatic teller machines. <br /> 3. Automobile repair and service,minor. <br /> 4. Automobile service station, subject to the following: <br /> a. There shall be no more than five persons employed in a single shift, excluding <br /> therefrom the owner(s)of the establishment; <br /> b. All repair activities shall be conducted within an enclosed structure; <br /> c. The use sha11 be set back from at least 50 feet from any side lot line in a <br /> residential district; <br /> d. Tires and other new products for sale may be displayed outdoors only during <br /> business hours. Used or junk tires may not be stored outdoors. <br /> e. The storage of gasoline and other motor fuels shall be underground, and no <br /> propane or similar hydrocarbon products may be sold or stored upon the <br /> premises. <br /> 5. Business service establishments, on-site. <br /> 6. Convenience food and beverage store,not including extended hours. <br /> 7. Dancing or music academy <br />
