That the above described alley be, and the same is hereby, vacated as a public <br /> alley inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the public interest will be <br /> subserved by such vacation, said alley being shown on the plat thereof hereto attached and hereby <br /> made a part hereof. ' <br /> Section 2. That the benefits which will be accrued to the owners of abutting property by <br /> reason of the vacation aforesaid is determined to be, in the judgment of the Council, equal to the <br /> sum of Five Hundred Dollars($500.00). <br />
