• i t <br /> � � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2002-68 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> - 125 ENLOW DRNE - <br /> - SOUTH CREEK LIVING CENTER - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 9th day of July, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of South Creek Living Center, L.L.C. to <br /> modify and amend the R-5 Planned Unit Development previously approved by Ordinance No. <br /> 89-39, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: <br /> Lot Two (2) of South Franklin Estates, except the South 313 feet thereof, as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 323 of the records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that the modification of said R-5 Planned Unit Development as requested be <br /> authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid R-5 Planned Unit Development be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended, and petitioner be, and it is hereby, authorized and permitted to develop <br /> the premises described above in accordance with the plans hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That said special use permit granted hereby be, and it is hereby, made subject <br /> to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended in <br /> accordance therewith. <br />
