It <br /> shall be unlawful for any,person to dama�e or deface, or attempt or conspire to damaee or deface. <br /> any fire department emergencv vehicle at an�time or to injure, or attempt or conspire to iniure, <br /> fire department personnel while performin�de�artmental duties. <br /> 10 EMERGENCY VEHICLE OPERATION.
