A person shall not sell, trade, <br /> loan or 'v� e awav anv form type or kind of fire extin�uisher that is not annroved bv the code <br /> official or that is not in�roner workin�order or the contents of which do not meet the <br /> requirements of the code official The requirements of this section shall not applv to the sale, <br /> trade or exchangg of obsolete or dama�ec�inment for junk when said units are permanentiv <br /> disfi�ured or marked with a permanent siQn identifyin�the unit as junk. <br /> 17 STREET OBSTRUCTIONS A person or persons shall not erect, construct, place <br /> or maintain anv bum�s fences �ates chains bars pipes wood or metal horses or anv other tvpe <br /> of obstruction in or on anv street within the boundaries of the municipalitv. The word street, as <br /> used in the ordinance shall mean anyroadway accessible to the public for vehicular traffic, <br /> includin� but not limited to nrivate streets or access lanes, as well as all nublic streets and <br /> hi�hwavs within the boundaries of the municipalitv. <br />
