(C) Parking tickets issued for any e�her violations of the provisions of this <br /> Chapter except Sections 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 35 and 36,a�4�, <br /> and except as provided in subsection (Al hereof, may be settled for Five Dollars ($5.00) <br /> if paid within 7 days of the time of the violation, Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) if paid after 7 <br /> days but within 21 days of the time of the violation, or for Twenty Dollars ($20.00) if <br /> paid after 21 days of the time of the violation. <br /> (H) If not se settled, as provided in this Section, fine shall be imposed �on <br /> conviction, as elsewhere ' set out herein. <br />
