To City Council Members <br /> UFrom Mayor Howley <br /> � Date May 15,2002 'I <br /> � Re CHAPTER 52 CODE AMENDMENTS �II <br /> �i--�i <br /> � <br /> � On the City Council agenda for Monday, May 20, are two code <br /> amendments to Chapter 52,Alcoholic Liquor. <br /> . �..� <br /> UThe first ordinance will amend Class E license classification to <br /> allow the Decatur Park District to use a current Class E license <br /> at the Rotary Park for tournament events. The amendment <br /> limits the sale of alcohol to a three day period. <br /> The second ordinance will amend the Class F license <br /> classification to allow a seasonal eating establishment the ability <br /> to obtain a Class F license. The fee for this license classification <br /> is $725.00 as opposed to the annual fee of$1,450.00.
