That prior to issuance of any building permits for a specific use, the following <br /> shall be provided: <br /> A. Complete site and construction plans including storm sewers, sanitary sewers, <br /> vehicular access, parking lots, streets and landscaping be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Director of Economic and Urban Development Deparhnent and the Director of Engineering and <br /> Infrastructure Department. <br /> B. All development on the site shall conform to the requirements of Resolution 2001-58, <br /> as adopted by the City Council on Apri12, 2001. <br /> C. Signage shall be permitted subject to the regulations attached hereto as Exhibit"B". <br /> D. Landscaping shall be provided on each lot at the time of development subject to the <br /> landscaping provisions attached hereto marked Exhibit"C". <br /> E.
