Public Benefit Fund - Fund 50. The City has paid all its commitment for special �I <br /> assessment sewer projects. The outside auditors suggested that the City reduce the i <br /> number of funds it has to assist with the GASB 34 implementation. This fund is being ' <br /> terminated this year and its fund balance is being transferred to the Planning Fund to ' <br /> assist in reducing its deficit. �I <br />' Unclaimed Rebate Fund - Fund 53. The City has paid all its commitment for special <br /> assessment sewer projects. The outside auditors suggested that the City reduce the <br /> number of funds it has to assist with the GASB 34 implementation. T'his fund is being � <br /> terminated this year and its fund balance is being transferred to the Planning Fund to <br /> assist in reducing its deficit. <br /> Violence Prevention Grant - Fund 94. The City received a grant from the Illinois <br /> Criminal Justice Information Authority, to be used to help reduce violence in the <br /> community. This grant was received after the budget had been passed. This money is <br /> restricted and can only be used by the Police Department with other community agencies <br /> to help reduce violence. <br />
