That the finding and determination of the Decatur Historical and Architectural <br /> Sites Commission be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Council hereby expressly finds that the above-described <br /> premises has integrity of design and meets the criteria established in Sections 4 (a), (d), (e) and <br /> (h) of said Chapter 31. <br /> Section 3. That said described premises be, and the same is hereby, designated a <br /> Landmazk and is hereby subject to all restrictions, limitations and controls applicable thereto <br /> under the provisions of said Chapter 31. <br />
