� . . . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2002-20 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> -3500 NORTH CHARLES STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of April, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Heritage Behavioral Health Center, Inc. <br /> for a special use permit for a R-6 Planned Unit Development on premises situated in the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: <br /> Lot 3 of Park City Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 398 of the �' <br /> Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, I <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that said petition be granted. ' <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be <br /> received, placed on file and approved. , <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special use permit be, and it <br /> is hereby granted to Heritage Behavioral Health Center, inc. to develop the premises described ' <br /> above under a R-6 Planned Unit Development in accordance with the plat and plans hereto <br /> attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That prior to issuance of any building permits for a specific use, the following <br /> shall be provided: <br />
