rt , ORDINANCE NO. 2002-18 ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT -2200 NORTH UNION STREET - WHEREAS, on the 4th day of April, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Decatur Memorial Health Foundation for a special use permit for an O-1 Planned Unit Development on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 of Starbuck's and Thain's Addition (Book 149, Page 37) and Lot 48 and the West 100 feet of Lots 49 and 50 of Butler Heights Subdivision (Book 335, Page 610); and that portion of the vacated West Hay Street formerly subdivided as Lot 15 in Brueck and Akers Addition (Book 149, Page 25), plus an additional 30 feet thereof lying immediately west and adjacent thereto; and the vacated 80 foot of West Hay Street right-of-way between the West right-of-way of North Union Street and the East right-of-way of North Monroe Street and the vacated 60 foot right-of-way of North Union Street between the North right-of-way line of Way Line West Kenwood Street and the South right-of-way line of West Hay Street. And Commencing at the intersection of the West right-of-way line of North Edward Street with the South right-of-way line of the vacated West Hay Street; thence North 80 feet along the said West right-of-way line of North Edward Street extended Northerly to the point of beginning, said point also being the intersection of the vacated West right-of-way line of North Edward Street with the vacated North right-of-way line of West Hay Street; thence North 10 feet along the said vacated West right-of-way line of North Edward Street; thence West 430 feet on a line 10 feet North of and parallel to the said vacated North right-of-way line of West Hay Street; thence South 10 feet to a point on the said vacated North right-of-way line of West Hay Street; thence East 430 feet along the said vacated North right-of-way line of West Hay Street to the point of beginning.
