, .Page 2 <br /> Memo re: Decatur Memorial Hospital Foundation Rezoning and Planned Unit Development <br /> Apri109, 2002 <br /> proposed gate to be placed just south of where the former West Hay Street intersects the former <br /> North Union Street. The PUD site plans also show narrowing of the former West Hay Street <br /> from four lanes to two travel lanes with center left turn lanes. The curb will be moved south <br /> from its current location. The PUD includes sidewalks and landscaping between the street and <br /> the parking azeas, including ornamental trees and a hedge that will serve as a headlight screen. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: There were no objectors at the Plan Commission meeting. Staff <br /> is not aware of any potential objections. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: The Plan Commission voted 9-0-1 to recommend <br /> approval of the rezoning and of the PUD at their Apri14 meeting.
