� <br /> � , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2002-17 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 2200 NORTH UNION STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of April, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Decatur Memorial Health Foundation to <br /> rezone premises described as: <br /> Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 of Starbuck's and Thain's Addition <br /> (Book 149, Page 37) and Lot 48 and the West 100 feet of Lots 49 and 50 of Butler <br /> Heights Subdivision (Book 335, Page 610); and that portion of the vacated West <br /> Hay Street formerly subdivided as Lot 15 in Brueck and Akers Addition (Book <br /> 149, Page 25), plus an additional 30 feet thereof lying immediately west and <br /> adjacentthereto, <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District to O-1 Office District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 Single <br /> Family Residence District to O-1 Office District. <br />
