. a ORDINANCE NO. 2002-15 ORDINANCE AMENDING SPECIAL PERMIT -ELECTRIC SUBSTATION- -NORTHEAST CORNER OF MOUND AND GREENSWITCH ROADS - WHEREAS, on the 7th day of March, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Illinois Power Company, to amend a special use permit previously authorized by Ordinance No. 2000-141 dated November 20, 2000 on property legally described as follows: Lot Two (2) of Wilder Haven East Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 121 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Located in the SW Quarter of Section 30, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the amendment of said special use permit as requested be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the action of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received and placed on file. Section 2. That said special permit be, and it is hereby, amended as follows: a. That landscaping be installed as shown on E�ibit A attached hereto within ninety(90) days of construction of the electric substation. b. T'hat a decorative fence shall be provided along the west and south sides of the property, said fence being substantially similar to the fence shown in E�ibit B attached hereto.
