Mrs. Sands asked if the fire hydrant would be the responsibility of the petitioner or the City. Mr. <br /> Van Steenhuyse stated that the cost of installation and maintenance is still to be determined. <br /> Mrs. Mary Walker, Neighborhood Housing Development Corporation, was present and spoke for <br /> the petition stating the proposal to separate the buildings which were to be connected. There <br /> would be two buildings with five units each and rezoning of the fifth lot is required. <br /> Mr. Van Steenhuyse stated that the setback variance was approved by the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals. <br /> Mr. Claypool asked why the buildings would be separated. Mrs. Walker stated that the <br /> development would be better looking with the buildings separated to provide more green space <br /> and a children's play area. One building will be moved to the north. <br /> It was moved and seconded(Smith/Anderson)to forward Cal. No. 02-13 to City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
