J. Krieger, Assistant City Manager, to ', <br /> rezone premises described as: ��, <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND <br /> HEREBY MADE A PART HEREOF �I <br /> from R-5 Two Family Residence District, B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District, B-2 I <br /> Commercial District, and M-1 Light Industrial District, to R-6 Multiple Dwelling District, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said ', <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
