Section 3. That said special use permit be, and it is hereby, granted upon the condition <br /> that the petitioner install a six (6) foot fence, either connected or disconnected, along the South <br /> edge of said property such that the fence adequately obstructs a view of said facility by those <br /> adjacent residences, such fence to be completed prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy <br /> for said facility. <br /> Section 4. That prior to issuance of any building permits for a specific use, complete site <br /> and construction plans including storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water mains, fire hydrants, <br /> vehicular access, parking lots, streets, landscaping and signage be submitted to and approved by <br /> the Director of Economic and Urban Development and the Director of Engineering and <br /> Infrastructure. <br /> Section 5. That said special use permit granted hereby be, and it is hereby, made subject <br /> to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended in <br /> accordance therewith. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 22nd day of January, <br /> 2002. <br /> TERRY M.
