� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2002-04 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 180 WEST IMBODEN DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of January, 2002, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of John Brinkoetter to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> The North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br /> Quarter of Section 27, Township 16 North, Range Two East of the 3rd P.M., <br /> except one acre off of the east end thereof, said parcel being sometimes known as <br /> Lot Seven (7) of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 16 North, Range <br /> Two East of the 3rd P.M., as per Plat recorded in Book 22, Page 72 of the Records <br /> in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT, to R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br />
