BEAN AQUNiY(�ERK,NUCON COUNTII I ORDINANCE NO. 2001-90 AN ORDINANCE TERMINATING THE WALMART REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS -AND RELATED MATTERS - WHEREAS,pursuant to Ordinance No. 91-92, Ordinance No. 91-93, and Ordinance No. 91-94, adopted December 23, 1991, as supplemented and amended, the City of Decatur, Illinois (the "City") adopted a redevelopment plan and a related redevelopment project (the "Redevelopment Plan" and "Redevelopment Project"), designated the Walmart redevelopment project area (the "Redevelopment Project Area") and adopted tax increment finance for the redevelopment project area; WHEREAS, City Council has received the certification of the City's Finance Director and Assistant City Manager of Economic and Urban Development that all redevelopment project costs for the Redevelopment Project Area have been paid, that all obligations in connection with the Redevelopment Project Area have been retired and that a11 excess monies have been distributed, and notice of the dissolution of the special tax allocation fund and the ternunation of the Redevelopment Project Area was given by the City Clerk on November 30, 2001 to all affected taxing districts. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. The City hereby dissolves the special tax allocation fund for the Redevelopment Project Area and terminates the Redevelopment Project Area as a "redevelopment project area"under the Act. Section 2. The City Clerk sha11 immediately file a certified copy of this ordinance with the County Clerk of Macon County, Illinois.
