No. 01-35 to City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval with the stipulation that the property where the apartment <br /> buildings are to be constructed remain zoned R-6. Motion carried at a vote of four to three with <br /> Commissioner Schiller abstaining from the vote. Those members voting yea: Anderson, Peck, <br /> Setina and Smith. Those members voting nay: John,Shampine and Washington. <br />
