That the aforesaid B-2 Planned Unit Development be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended, and petitioner be, and it is hereby, authorized and permitted to develop <br /> the premises described above in accordance with the plans hereto attached,marked E�ibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. But Visible from Wood Street: <br /> Use of brick courses to tie in brick elements from street sides. <br /> Sides Not Visible from Wood Street: <br /> No requirements <br /> Section 4. That said special use permit granted hereby be, and it is hereby, made subject <br /> to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended in <br /> accordance therewith. <br />
