ORDINANCE NO. 2001-63 ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN -ROOSEVELT SCHOOL APARTMENTS - WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of August, 2001, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Finlay Properties to modify and amend the R-6 Residence Development Plan previously approved by Ordinance No. 2001-12, as amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows : All of Lots 1 through 14, the South half of Lot 15, the South 100 feet of Lot 17, all of Lots 18, 19, and 21 through 30, and that portion of the vacated alley lying between Lots 1 through 10 and 21 through 30 all being in Block 1 of Frank P. Roach's Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 149 on Page 91 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, EXCE�T that part deeded to the City of Decatur for road purposes in Book 1623 on Page 30 as Document No. 852825. Situated in Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the modification of said R-6 Residence Development Plan as requested be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section l. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved.
