. � j ' ORDINANCE NO. 2001-62 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY - 510, 501 AND 533 NORTH MAIN STREET - - 101 WEST CERRO GORDO STREET - - 140 AND 150 EAST ELDORADO STREET - WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of August, 2001, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of A.J. Krieger, Assistant City Manager, to rezone premises described as: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and the East 130 feet of Lot 5, of the Subdivision of Lot 10 of the County Clerk's Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 16 North, Range 2 East, as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 89 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, and Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 in Block One (1) of J.F. Montgomery's Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book R, Page 475 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, from B-4 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY " OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved.
