NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT BE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur Historical and Architectural Sites Commission be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. Section 2. That the City Council hereby expressly finds that the above-described premises has integrity of design and meets the criteria established in Sections 4 (c), (d), (g) and (i) of said Chapter 31. Section 3. That said described premises be, and the same is hereby, designated a Landmark and is hereby subject to all restrictions, limitations and controls applicable thereto under the provisions of said Chapter 31.
