.. , ,a <br /> : '� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2001-47 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> -ANIMAL SHELTER- <br /> - 2100 BLOCK EAST MOUND ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of April, 2001, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission <br /> held a public hearing upon the petition of the County of Macon, a unit of local government, for a <br /> special permit under the provisions of Section XXI(A)(1)(i) of the Zoning Ordinance to construct, <br /> operate and maintain an animal shelter, on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeast Corner of the West half of the Southeast Quarter of <br /> Section 25, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., proceed on the South line <br /> of said Southeast quarter S 88°18'41" West, 581.14 feet; thence North 1°41'18" West, <br /> 1082.61 feet; thence S 88°18'41" West, 400.00 feet; thence N O1°41'18" West, 681.21 <br /> feet; thence N 88°18'41" East, 1026.26 feet to the East line of the West Half of the <br /> Southeast Quarter of Section 25 aforesaid; thence on said East line S 0°13'23" East, <br /> 1764.39 feet to the point of beginning, encompassing 30.70 acres more or less, situated in <br /> Macon County, Illinois. Subject to the rights of the public to that portion off of the South <br /> side of said tract as used by and dedicated to the public for roadway purposes.
