Section 2. That those portions of public rights-of-way at, in, or on which the above <br /> named alcoholic liquor may be consumed, on the days and during the hours listed in Section 1 <br /> hereof, are described as follows: <br /> Central Park; <br /> North Merchant Street between East Main Street and East Prairie Street; <br /> North Water Street between East Wood Street and East North Street; <br /> North Franklin Street between East Main Street and East Eldorado Street; <br /> South Park Street between North Water Street and North Franklin Street; <br /> North Park Street between North Water Street and North Franklin Street; <br /> East William Street between North Main Street and North Jackson Street; <br /> East North Street between North Water Street and North Jackson Street; <br /> North State Street between East Wood Street and East North Street; <br /> East Prairie Street between North Main Street and North Jackson Street; and, <br /> East Main Street between North Main Street and North Franklin Street. <br /> Section 3. That between the hours of 6:00 A.M. Friday, August 3, 2001 and 6:00 A.M., <br /> Monday, August 6, 2001, no person, firm or corporation having a local liquor license issued <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 52 of the City Code and 235 ILCS 5/1-1 et. seq., for <br /> premises having frontage on those streets, or portions thereof, listed in Section 2 hereof, or <br /> located in the B-4 Central Business District, as established by the Zoning Ordinance, shall sell <br /> alcoholic liquor at retail for consumption on or off said premises at any location on said premises <br /> except from within a permanent structure located thereon and in existence on the date hereof. <br /> Section 4. That no alcoholic liquor may be consumed as provided herein unless such <br /> alcoholic liquor is in a plastic or paper cup. <br /> Section 5. That except as otherwise provided herein, the provisions of Section 34 (a) of <br /> Chapter 52 of the City Code remain in full force and effect. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 7th day of May, 2 . <br /> � <br /> T M.
