. , (. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2001-36 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -3400 WEST MAIN STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of March, 2001, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Chris Entler, to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 16 <br /> North, Range Two East of the 3rd P.M., being more particularly described as <br /> follows: Beginning on the North line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast <br /> Quarter of Section 18, Township 16 North, Range Two East of the 3rd P.M. and <br /> at a point 452.78 feet West of the Northeast Corner of said 40 acre tract, and <br /> running thence west along the North line of said 40 acre tract, 214.53 feet; thence <br /> South 1032.27 feet to the center of State Route 10; thence in a northeasterly <br /> direction along the center of said road 226.25 feet to a point 998.21 feet south of <br /> the point of beginning, thence North to the point of beginning. Situated in Macon <br /> County, Illinois. Except that part conveyed to the people of the State of Illinois in <br /> Warranty Deed recorded in Book 2210, Page 947, as Document No. 1215812, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to R-3 Single Family Residence District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br />
