That on the 25th day of April , 2001, a special meeting of the <br /> Council was called far the 27th day of April, 2001 (the `11Nleeting"), by the Mayor of the City ar <br /> by three (3) members of the Council in accordance with the ordinance adopted by the Council <br /> prescribing the manner in which special Council meetings may be called(the "Ordinance"). <br /> 3.
