,, 'k ORDINANCE NO. 2001-31 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY 1885 WEST CORSON AVENUE - WHEREAS, on the Sth day of April, 2001, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Randall Earl, to rezone premises described as: A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Four (4), ' Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M., more '�, particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 627.4 feet East of the Northwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section Four (4), thence East 330.5 feet; thence South 637.7 feet to the North line of the Illinois Central Railroad right-of-way, thence Northwesterly along said right-of-way 465 feet; thence North to the place of beginning. Recorded in Book 927, Page 498 of the Records in Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, containing 3.65 acres more or less, from R-3 Single Family Residence District to B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommenda.tion of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved.
