,, 'k <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2001-31 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> 1885 WEST CORSON AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of April, 2001, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Randall Earl, to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Four (4), ' <br /> Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M., more '�, <br /> particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 627.4 feet East of the <br /> Northwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said <br /> Section Four (4), thence East 330.5 feet; thence South 637.7 feet to the North line <br /> of the Illinois Central Railroad right-of-way, thence Northwesterly along said <br /> right-of-way 465 feet; thence North to the place of beginning. Recorded in Book <br /> 927, Page 498 of the Records in Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> containing 3.65 acres more or less, <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District to B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
