The site contains 3 structures; a 1,200 square foot residential building with a 600 square foot <br /> accessory structure at the far east side, and a 400 square foot structure at the middle of the lot. <br /> The site is bounded by Illinois Central Gulf Railroad right-of-way to the south, and by <br /> single-family residential properties to the north and west. The property to the east is zoned <br /> commercial and houses Brintlinger's parking lot and two office buildings (a medical office <br /> building and Tru Temp Plaza). There are also residential properties on the east side of Hill <br /> Street and south of Corson; however, both are zoned B-1 instead of residential. <br /> 2. Access to the site is from Corson Avenue to the north and Hill Avenue to the east. City water <br /> (6") and sewer(10") are available on the site. <br />
