. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2001-29 <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISCAL YEAR <br /> MAY 1,2000 THROUGH APRIL 30,2001 <br /> PUBLIC INFORMATION DIVISION <br /> WHEREAS, by annual appropriation Ordinance No. 2000-58, as amended, for the fiscal <br /> year beginning May 1, 2000 through April 30, 2001, certain items of appropriation were made <br /> within the departrnents of the City of Decatur, Illinois; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of said City now desires to establish a Public Information <br /> Division within the Management Services Department in the General Fund; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer funds as appropriated from the Nondepartmental <br /> Division in the General Fund to the above referenced Department in the General Fund; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur, Illinois is a home rule unit of government as established II <br /> by the Constitution of the State of Illinois. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ,, <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: '�� <br /> Section 1.
