ORDINANCE NO. 2001-20 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARHING U.S. ROUTE 51 AND IL 105 IN DECATUR,ILLINOIS STATE SECTION 48((X-1.21RS.K-RS-11 & 128 I-1 BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That when appropriate signs or marking are provided giving notice thereof, parking be, and it is hereby,prohibited at all times within the area described as follows: U.S. Route 51 Business (South Main Street, Franklin Street, Lake Shore Drive and South Shores Drive) and IL 105, known as State Section 48((X-1,2,)RS,K-RS-1) for the project limits described in Agreement JN-500004 between the City and the State. Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who sha11 violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Section 3. That this Ordinance sha11 take effect and be in full force ten (10) days after and from its passage, approval and legal publication as required by law, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this Ordinance to be published immediately after its due passage and approval.
