v <br /> Section 3. That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That said communication tower be a monopole structure. <br /> (b) That prior to construction, complete building and construction plans shall be <br /> submitted to and approved by the Department of Economic and Urban Development and the <br /> Department of Engineering and Infrastructure, and a building permit shall be obtained. <br /> (c) That upon completion of construction, all ladder rungs attached to the subject <br /> tower shall be removed a minimum distance of forty (40) feet above ground level, and further <br /> that as such rungs may be installed for future maintenance they shall be removed upon <br /> completion of the work. <br /> (d) That an eight (8) foot high chain link fence with barbed wire shall be <br /> constructed around said site. <br /> Section 4.
