The boundary of which is described as <br /> � follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 68 proceed <br /> Northwesterly on the Northwesterly prolongation of the Southerly line of <br /> said lot, 15 feet as measured perpendiculaz to the Westerly line of said lot; <br /> thence Northeasterly, parallel with said Westerly line,to a line which is 15 <br /> feet Northeasterly of, as measured perpendicular to, the Northerly line of <br /> said lot; thence southeasterly, on said line, to the Northeasterly <br /> prolongation of the Easterly line of said lot; thence on said prolongation, <br /> Southwesterly, to the Northeasterly corner of said lot; thence <br /> Northwesterly, on the Northerly line of said lot, to the Northwesterly <br /> comer of said lot; thence Southwesterly, on the Westerly line of said lot, to <br /> the point of beginning; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said right of way is no longer useful to the public or to the City; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the public interest will be subserved by vacating said right of way and the <br /> public will be relieved from any further burden or responsibility for maintaining said right of <br /> way. <br /> il <br />
