� , , ORDINANCE NO. 2001-12 ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN -701 WEST GRAND AVENUE - WHEREAS, on the lst day of March, 2001, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Finlay Properties for a special permit under the provisions of Section XXI. C. of the Zoning Ordinance for an R-6 Residential Development Plan on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: All of Lots 1 through 14, the South half of Lot 15, the South 100 feet of Lot 17, all of Lots 18, 19, and 21 through 30, and that portion of the vacated alley lying between Lots 1 through 10 and 21 through 30 all being in Block 1 of Frank P. Roach's Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 149 on Page 91 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, EXCEPT that part deeded to the City of Decatur for road purposes in Book 1623 on Page 30 as Document No. 852825. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special use permit be, and it is hereby granted to Finlay Properties to develop the premises described above under a R-6 Residential Development Plan in accordance with the plat and plans hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof.
