. i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2001-11 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -2008 EAST DAMON AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of March, 2001, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Brian Burcham and Becky Burcham, to <br /> rezone premises described as: <br /> The West 40 feet of Lot 42 and a11 of Lots 43 and 44 of Crreenwich Gardens, as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 802, Page 72 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-2 Single Family Residence District to M-1 Light Industrial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby,rezoned from R-2 Single <br /> Family Residence District to M-1 Light Industrial District. <br />
