� � ., y <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2001-10 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 2208 NORTH COLLEGE STREET AND SURROUNDING AREA - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of March, 2001, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Decatur Memorial Health Foundation to <br /> rezone premises described as: <br /> All of Lot Five(5)in Block Five(5) of May Brothers and Traver's Subdivision, as <br /> per plat recorded in Book 22, Page 588 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois, and <br /> Lot Six (6) in Block Five (5) of May Brothers and Traver's Subdivision, as per <br /> plat recorded in Book 22, Page 588 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois, except the East 163 feet of the South 60 feet thereof and <br /> except the following described part; Beginning at the Southwest corner of said <br /> Lot Six (6), thence North 13.33 feet on the West Line of Lot Six (6); thence East <br /> 172.48 feet; thence Southerly on a line parallel to the West line of Lot Six (6), <br /> 13.33 feet to a point in the South line of Lot Six (6); thence Westerly 172.60 feet <br /> on the said South line of Lot Six(6)to the point of beginning, <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT, to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> perition be granted. <br />
