� <br /> . <br /> date); shall be numbered consecutively in such fashion as shall be determined by the Note <br /> Registrar; and shall mature on the date which is three hundred sixty-four (364) days after the <br /> Dated Date of such Note unless renewed for the next three hundred sixty-four (364) days by the <br /> Bank(subject to the right of optional prior redemption hereinafter stated). Except as provided in <br /> Section 19 hereof, each Note shall bear interest at a daily variable rate as set forth in the Note <br /> Order, from the later of its Dated Date as herein provided or from the most recent interest <br /> payment date to which interest has been paid or duly provided for, until the principal amount of <br /> such Note is paid or duly provided for, such interest (computed upon the basis of a 360-day year <br /> of twelve 30-day months) being payable semiannually, as set forth in the Note Order, and at <br /> maturity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Tax-Exempt Note or Taxable Note shall ever bear <br /> interest at a rate exceeding 10% or 15%, respectively. Interest on each Note shall be paid by <br /> check or draft of the City, payable upon presentation thereof in lawful money of the United <br /> States of America, or by electronic funds transfer as may be agreed by the Director of Financial <br /> Management and the Bank. The principal of the Notes shall be payable in lawful money of the <br /> United States of America upon presentation thereof to the City. <br /> It is hereby expressly found and determined that no Note shall mature on a date which is <br /> later than December 31 of the year in which the payment to the City Treasurer as provided in <br /> subsection(b) of Section 11-74.4-8 of the TIF Act is to be made with respect to ad valorem taxes <br /> levied in the later of(a) the twenty-third calendar year in which the ordinance designating the <br /> Area was adopted or(b) such later date established in the TIF Act. <br /> The Notes shall be registered in the name of and deposited with the Bank. <br /> Section S. Execution; Authentication. The Notes shall be executed on behalf of the <br /> City by the manual or duly authorized facsimile signature of the Mayor as of the date of the <br /> execution of the Notes, and attested by the manual or duly authorized facsimile signature of its <br /> -6- <br />
