ZION ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 2000, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of James Romano to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> All of the North Half(N %2) of the North Half(N lh) of the Northwest Quarter <br /> (NW '/) of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/) of Section Twenty-eight (28), <br /> Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Three (3) East of the Third P.M., except <br /> those portions thereof previously dedicated or conveyed for public highway <br /> purposes.
